Viljandi Seasaare Theater was established in 2009 in Viljandi. The theater has 17 actors and a lighting and sound technician. Every year 3-4 new productions are played. We play in the home theater and all over Estonia. Viljandi Seasaare Theater has also given guest performances to foreign Estonians in Sweden, England and Los Angeles, USA. The theater has won several laureate titles and actor awards at Estonian amateur theater festivals. In 2019 AMAFEST Stuttgart with a play MISSIOON, in 2021 with FRAMES, and several other festivals.

DUEL

Mothers always adore their sons. They mold them, teach them, do everything for them. Now the son has brought home a fiance who seems completely different from his mother.  Mother doesn’t like her at all and wants her to leave. But this girl is strong and clever, she doesn’t even think of giving up.

Between the mother and the son’s fiance, an eternal struggle begins, where one must leave.
